- Orders will be shipped out within two Quintessential Cookies business days, with the exception of US National Holidays. All packages shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service. For international shipments, please call us at (631)262-0633. We do our best to get your package to its destination as close to your requested delivery date. Packages are shipped out one week prior to the requested delivery date so please keep this in mind when scheduling your order. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

- We package our products to the best of our ability to ensure that your order arrives intact. However, some products are fragile and may incur damage in the shipping process. Please be aware of this upon placing your order, especially regarding our gingerbread constructions.
